Established in 1989, Schooner Bay Landing Condominiums (SBLCA) is a condominium lakefront community in the heart of the Ozarks, located on the shoreline of beautiful Table Rock Lake. Our community consists of 172 full time and part time residents with full ownership (we have no weekly or overnight rentals).  We have a few residents that have actually lived here over 20 years.  Most importantly, we are a community of friends who care about our shared home and are committed to work together to insure SBLCA is a clean, well-maintained, fiscally responsible and safe home for years to come.
